BILLA 2 - DON FOR FAN ...

Ajith is such a actor who can hold the big opening irrespective of his previous film's result ... Now the expectation are even more high as his BILLA 2 is releasing after blockbuster of 2011 '' MANKATHA " and    BILLA 2 is a first prequel of indian cinema ...

BILLA 2 is nothing but a story of an ordinary refuge who turns as a king of the underworld ... Movie depicts David billa's journey from refuge to smuggler and smuggler to kingpin ... During the progress he kills local smuggler Abbasi ( PANDEY ) and International gangster Dimotti ( VIDYUTH ) ... Billa is having two love interests but none of them makes a mark even though roaming with sexy  cloths ....

Ajith is a ultimate man for these kind of stylish don movie ... He dominates the screen from frame by frame till the end but at the same time too much of killing is boring over point of time ... it would have been even worth to watch him if he had reduced his weight at least for flashback scenes ...

Movie is technically very sound...Especially cinematography and editing and background music are world class...Making wise movie is very stylish and sharp ... Director has chosen a different way of narration Instead of making normal masala movie ...We have to thank director CHAKRI for this ...

To a downside first half is resembling a evergreen movie ' NAYAGAN " and movie is running very flat without much twists in the screenplay ... Too much of violence justifies A certificate ... Mass hero does not have any major threats from the villains and heroins are never making any impact ... BILLA 2 is surely can not match with his earlier movie '  M  " but it will not make you dull while watching ... Finally BILLA 2 is a DON FOR FAN ...

SAGUNI - SUCCESSFUL JOURNEY STOPS ...

Karthi's successful journey now stops at saguni . If karthi thinks all his movie irrespective of story line will get success , sorry he has to rethink . A movie which was released a week back with  more than thousand screens is below par at all fronts .

Story itself is a weak plot and nothing new to tamil cinema . Kamalakannan alias Kamal ( Karthi ) comes to Chennai to stop demolishing his big house ( Palace ) for constructing sub way . He has given his petition to railway minister then met chief minister . Later on he took tamilnadu's politics on his hands once chief minister bhoopathy ( Prakashraj ) refuses his proposal . During this course he made local money lender achi (Radhika) to a mayor , local god man ( Nasser ) to a international star , opposite party president perumal  (Kotta Srinivasarao ) to a chief minister . even you can not enjoy these scenes after removing your brain . well that's a story of Saguni .

Karthi has all elements to be a mass hero . He has tried some good dancing movements in this film . His chemistry with comedian Santhanam works out to certain extent but calling each other as rajni and kamal is boring over point of time . Casting a heroine itself is not required to these kind of movies and booked a Pranitha as a heroine is blender . Senior artists Nasser , Radhika , Prakashraj , Roja are all did well on their part .  first half is any how ok with the help of santhanam .

Except ' Manasellam " other songs are not up to the mark . Movie is a mixture of films like Ko, Mai , Makkal atchi apart from taken a story line of Dhool . Debut director Sankar dayal missed a great opportunity even after convinced a successful actor Karthi to act as a lead in this week story . He could have made a difference with the tight and speedy screenplay .

Saguni is not a cup of tea for them who sees logic in the movies at the same time ITS NOT FIT FOR THE BILL for the people who seeks only entertainment in the movies . One good thing from the saguni is karthi may be  more cautious while choosing a film here in after .
